In addition to her legal practice, Ariane Quaranta provides clients with advice on risk prevention.
Conceiving labor law as a tool for social engineering, she advises clients on the negotiation of collective agreements, notably on the organization of working hours and staff representation within companies of all sizes.
Ariane Quaranta also runs numerous training programs, with the aim of enabling participants – companies, employers’ federations and students – to grasp and apply the rules of law with confidence.
The role of the corporate lawyer is not to remind people of the law’s prohibitions, but to help the company director make decisions, anticipate and manage risks, and work with the client to find a solution that makes sense for the community.
