Emmanuel Guenot advises companies of all sizes (SMEs, listed companies) and in all sectors on employment law issues.
Over the course of his practice, he has developed particular expertise in restructuring (PSE, APC, RCC), notably on behalf of international industrial and commercial groups. In this context, he advises his clients on a global approach, involving labor law and social security law issues.
In addition, his fluency in English and German enables him to work on transnational cases and compliance assignments.
In addition to his consultancy work, Emmanuel Guenot is also involved in litigation, both before the Conseil de prud’hommes and the Pôle social du Tribunal judiciaire.
He also regularly runs training courses for his clients.
